who do not know JESUS. We want to transform North Orange County
by Making Disciples, Forming Groups, and Building Communities of Christ Followers.

Who We Are
We are followers of Jesus committed to shaping the hearts and minds of new leaders in a ministry community
setting we call The Lab.
What We Do
We find potential leaders. We work side-by-side with them while they continue to deepen their relationship
with God and develop foundational ministry skills through disciple-making and church planting.
How We Do It
We coach and disciple participants. We also encourage them to learn via hands-on ministry and service.
Through The Lab, we form teams to take learned skills and apply them in actual community settings.
